Well, in the 1980s.
In the 1980s, yes.
Well, what had happened is the Soviets invaded Afghanistan, the Mujahideen, the jihadis were resisting the Russians, and the Americans in the Cold War said, well, anyone fighting Russians gets guns from us.
That's basically what happened.
Yeah, they pretty much fund up the Taliban for him.
That's right.
But look, I mean, we got video of Osama.
The Americans found that about six weeks after they went into Afghanistan, there's Osama sitting around in a room about as big as this room.
And there's about 20 of his mates.
They're sort of sitting down on the edge.
You can see it on YouTube.
And Osama is making them all laugh their head off.
It's from about three hours after 9-11 happened.
And Osama's sitting there, and he's telling all, he's in a circle, he said, we were sitting in the cave, we were listening to the BBC, and I said, now listen, brothers, listen, there's gonna be some news happening in about 10 minutes, and then there's a big crash into the World Trade Center.
And they're all so excited, and Osama says, but then I said, brothers,
no, no, no, there's more, there's more, wait on.
And then Osama, it goes for about 20 minutes, Osama's laughing his head off.
So Osama was involved in 9-11, right?
Okay, this video, it was, I believe it's legit.
