ScoMo has got us up to a trillion dollars worth of debt.

ScoMo had just sold us out on the global warming BS at Glasgow or whatever.

And then more lockdown and compulsory vaccines.

And I just thought to myself, man, I'm out of here, Liberal Party.

You know, I tried to, you know.

Anyway, back to 96.

I'm an active right-wing young Liberal.

And we'd just had 13 years of Labor government, and we were really, really, really wanting there to be a Liberal government.

And the polls were pretty much saying that Howard's gonna win.

And it was like a really jubilant time to be a Liberal Party activist at the time.

And people look back at the Hawke-Keating government as a pretty good government, and I think they were a pretty good government, but in the last term was Paul Keating as Prime Minister, and they'd done good economic reforms in the 80s.

I know your mate Gerard Reddick disagrees, and I love Gerard, I love Gerard, and we agree strongly on everything.

except for economic policy, but we'll fix him up at some point.

But the last Labor government was a really bad government.

Change the flag, get rid of the monarchy, you know, integrate with Asia.
