And so what they can do is they can just crank up the mint whenever they want.

So if they want to go to a war, which always costs a lot of money,

They've got two choices with the war.

They can say to the people, okay, well, look, we've got to go to war.

It's going to cost us a ton of money.

So we're just going to put your taxes up for 12 months.

Maybe we don't have to go to the war.

That's what would happen.

But the government's got this other alternative now.

And they say, oh, well, we don't have to disturb the people and tell them we're going to increase their taxes.
