He's very open, very transparent, um, and very caring.

I watch, um, people have no idea how much Brandon does for those people around him.

He's a very caring human being.

He's a good guy.

I can't say enough good about Brandon.

But his intentions here is purely to get to the bottom of this mystery and try to figure it out and to be very transparent about it.

He doesn't have an agenda.

So I think my first meeting with him would have been like either April or May of 2016.

Yeah, so like I said, the property was in disrepair and Mr. Bigelow,

you know, we know very little about what Mr. Bigelow did or did not do during his time on Skinwalker Ranch.

It's still locked away behind, you know, it's still hidden, and he hasn't come forth with any information, and

In turning over the ranch to Brandon, the only thing that Brandon received when he purchased the ranch was the real estate documents that are required by law, soils tests and some of the things that prove that the property is – there's nothing dangerous on the property as far as radioactive or –

In Utah, real estate disclosures require that you disclose – if there's something wrong with the property, you're supposed to disclose it to the buyer.

So there was those type of things, but there was no scientific data that was turned over, nothing.

And when we came on, it was hard to tell that there had been a scientific effort at all.

And so we basically started from scratch.

Brandon's – that first meeting that I was with Brandon –

He explained to me that he bought this property, and he wasn't even sure if there was anything to all of this.

Because Mr. Priggle hadn't transferred over any data, he wasn't sure if this was a bunch of stories or if there was actually something strange happening at the ranch.
