And, uh, my injury started on a Saturday.
I hadn't even been to the ranch in a couple of days.
Like it had been two days since I've been at the ranch and then, or three days, I don't remember now exactly, but on the back of my head, on the lower part of my head, um, on Saturday night, it was actually my birthday.
I can remember the date.
Cause it started on my birthday, March 4th.
And that night when I went to bed, I noticed that I had a sore spot on the back of my head.
It was kind of like a bruise, about a little bit, you know, probably like one inch in diameter.
And I didn't think much of it.
We'd actually spent my birthday at a funeral of a loved one.
And so I'd been sat all day inside of a church house at a funeral and hadn't done any physical activity.
went to bed when I woke up Sunday morning, that bruise had swollen up.
It was really tight.
It was like a little goose egg and my, and it was extremely painful.
And so my thought was, was maybe I just gotten a spider bite or some type of insect had bitten me and I had reacted to it.
And I told, I mentioned it to my wife.
So Sunday morning we went to church and, uh,
As church was going on, as this hour rolled on, I started to feel sicker and sicker.
I finally told my wife that I was going to leave church early.
I went home, laid down, and my head just hurt really, really bad.
