It was very difficult.

It um I was nursing multiple injuries but, you know, the main one, um, it was a pretty severe one.

Uh I kept it more uh low key on that in in that aspect.

I mean the last time I wrestled was

all in and

You know, I have a very

direct relationship with my doctors and my therapist at a at AEW and they knew immediately that I was not okay and uh it was very, very scary.

Uh I tried to focus all my attention on broadcasting.

And doing all my side quests that were not related to professional wrestling because there was at times and I wanna make this very clear, I I was not able to um I was not clear to exercise

like lifting weights and stuff for about uh three months before I was able to do it.

And it took me about five months, almost almost six months to be able to even get in the ring, to be clear to get in the ring.

It was it was a very tough time.

Uh the first two months were very, very dark.

There was moments in where I spent a lot of time alone.
