It was just me and my dog and and there was days that I couldn't even get up because, you know, uh some of the symptoms that I was uh that I was experiencing.

And um and it changed everything in my body.

It changed everything.

My hormones, my my sleeping patterns, uh, you know, the pain pain, like having pain, chronic pain was uh one thing that I was experiencing a lot.

So I couldn't sleep.

Uh so there was a lot of changes that needed to be done, right?

And um I needed to be patient.

I visit so many doctors, testing.

It's like people don't people just see the the ending product, but they don't see like

The process that we have to go through and I didn't

Um, I didn't post it on on YouTube.

I didn't do any of that because I wanna really focus on

On like cleansing and and like

trying to change everything and and and now that I I came back

Uh I was very nervous.

I was very calm, um, the whole entire afternoon.

But I was very nervous because uh people were asking me how I was feeling about my comeback.

And instead of saying I'm so excited and this, I'm like, I am blessed to be able to get in the ring again, Dave, because there were such points in where um discussing with my doctors, there was I had three different doctors that were involved in this.

And and some of them were were like, Maybe you need to start thinking about changing your career, like more.

Multiple doctors were telling me that.
