And, you know, we're just kind of going with that.

But it seems like it's the better way versus, you know, I think the other conversations.

Yeah, I mean, I think ultimately, like what we were just saying is like, I think we kind of try to, you know, first focus on like a strength based approach.

So I think that's kind of overarching.

But I guess one is really recognizing when we don't know what to do or how to help and then finding someone or something that does.

and kind of going with that.

think that's what you're saying where the researcher in me has been really helpful that say, okay, you know, we can, you know, there's someone who knows something about this or, you know, we don't know what to do and asking for help.

And it's amazing how many times when we've done that, the right person has kind of shown up.

We found a great therapist who specializes in kids with, you know, her profile.

And that's been helpful for us as a family because,

We, like I said, I think we really try to also harness her strengths.

You know, I think I mentioned she's an incredible artist and we've learned over the years that actually she communicates through her art.

I know that might sound really obvious, but I'm sorry, I'm a verbal person.

So I was like, what?

I just started to realize that like sometimes when we're having these conversations or things aren't going well and she'll just be sitting there and she'll just be kind of drawing and doing something.

And she's very relaxed and zen when she's in this place.

I now know this.

And that was really important to learn about her, that when conversations were going south and spiraling downward and she's just kind of drawing, a lot of times we get through all that and we leave her be and do her own thing.
