We first came hooning around the side of the hill, and there's a whole heap of goats there, and Craig was flying, and he fricking shows it into a fricking sharp left pedal turn, and I thought,

We'll just nip up this fence line and we'll clean all five of them up.

Well, that didn't happen.

Fucking goats spilled all over the frigging hill and we end up frigging hovering, shooting them one by one.

But that's, you know, that's what happens.

And I tell you what, I was losing it in the background, mate.

I was just laughing like tears were rolling out of my eyes.

And my mate says, Jesus, there's a bit happening up here, isn't it?

Oh, well, that was into the evening.

That's when all the action happened.

So after we'd shot the goats, my mate got into his car and he whizzed home.

I jumped in the chopper and met him at his house.

and by that time it was about three or four o'clock and so we headed out.

The plan was to jump shoot one pond and then go and sit on another one for the evening.

So we rocked around to his father-in-law's place and we put these birds off and I got three birds and he got none.

and so obviously i gloated about that and then one came flying out at the end and he absolutely snotted it he said reload but i didn't reload and he snotted it so we were just laughing giving each other about that and then the next thing is we we pulled around the corner and got our guns out and um we were just going to stalk this night pond that we're going to sit on and um so i'd like hunched over race down this track that had a little bit of a bank to get closer to the pond

And him and his son came over higher up the hill to position themselves so we had it covered when the birds come out.

But there was no birds on the pond.

And then, fucking hell, this is when it gets really sort of heavy and intense, Jay, because you haven't heard this.
