And I find under those circumstances what I do is I if that juice is in the pan and I take the burger out to rest.

Weirdly, I'm right into something called Casual Blue I've discovered.
It's a brilliant
So basically if you've got a pan full of kind of leftover juice that's leaked out of your burger
crumble a bunch of casual blue into that and stir it with a whisk.
And it gives you a kind of brilliant.
cheesy kind of gravy thing.
It's just brilliant to pour back over the burger.
Uh no, just just the one will be fine.
I mean you just need it to kind of adhere to the meat.
Okay, I'll w I'll I'll go with that.
That's perfect.
Ooh, I see well okay, if I was doing the casual blue one, no bacon.
Wouldn't get anywhere near it.
But if I was doing the one with the American cheese with the with the the orange stuff, I would I think definitely goes with bacon.
Yeah, it adds a certain uh je ne sais quoi.
