I've seen too many amazing things out of both of those guys.
It is a bit troublesome that you're really your whole season is built around the health of
of a 38- and 40-year-old pitcher, both of whom are going to the Hall of Fame, both of whom were dominant last year, but both of whom have had troubles this spring and this year now staying healthy.
I still think the Mets are a playoff team.
I still think Scherzer and Berlander are going to be great at some point this season.
But the big question has to be, where are they going to be in October?
How healthy are they going to be
when it really, really matters?
And I think that's a legitimate question now, but I repeat, I've learned not to discount these guys.
We weren't sure Berlander was coming back from Tommy John.
He came back and won a Cy Young with an ERA of two, so...
You got to be careful questioning those two guys, no matter how strange things might go.
Yeah, the Mets have lost 12 out of 15 games here.
