I've been in property management since 2013 and I've kind of worked my way up from just being your regular leasing agent to now managing a portfolio.
Um earlier this year I did get four homes that we that I have to manage that are located in Santa Clara County.
Um I'm new to the whole student housing renters students.
Um so I I have to do a lot of research um because we all know students are different types of demographic um that we have um to manage.
So um I have experience with
city compliances, inspections, I've you know, walked with city inspectors and dealt with students and their reports and they filed claims with the city.
So I've dealt with residents and the city in that aspect.

Um so, like I said, I bring many years of experience.
I've worked with different demographics in different cities.
This is a new one for me, and I'm determined to not be the bad guy with the residents.
There are a lot of issues that I am dealing with currently.
I've been involved with Santa Clara University Housing Department with Officer Duran, who's the appointed officer for the homes as well.
So I'm just kind of trying to be
the middleman and bridge that um you know those perspectives between landlord to tenant residence and the university that way we can all
you know, thrive and be happy and we all do our part to make sure our neighborhood is a neighborhood where people want to stay and continue calling their home.
Um yes, I'll answer that second part first.
Um all four are student housing.
Um we have a house on Maine, one on Washington, one on Elviso, um, actually two on market as well.
