I love Berkeley in a different way.
So first is it's flat out beautiful.
It's ridiculous.
It's got eucalyptus trees and redwood trees and palm trees.
Use the water built into the Berkeley Hillside.
So, I mean, physically, I find the place to be stunning.
The faculties are equally excellent at all of these places.
They're very minor differences.
The berserkly kind of culture is mostly gone.
The dudes with the super long beards and the Bergenstocks.
Yeah, like there's much less of that now than there used to be.
It's very much an entrepreneurial hub now.
There are these amazing companies that have been started on the Berkeley campus, like Databricks, for example.
What's that?
One of the $100 billion valued private AI companies
Oh, okay.
It's a very, very interesting, very technical database company.
But there are lots and lots that have come off the campus.
