I was on the floor, mate.

Well, let's start with, well, mainly from the awful experience I had training for my first ever marathon at Chicago.

So it was three, three runs a week, but you know, the minimum run distance was probably eight K. Yeah.

Seven and a half.

Oh, lovely.

But 8K, you finish work on a Monday, it's through the winter or whatever, it's dark.

You're like, 8K, absolutely not.

5K, whatever.

And that's been a big factor, so...

This time around, four runs a week.

The loads are relatively the same.

Obviously, it's an ultra, so it's a bit more.

But most of my runs, two of my runs a week were 5Ks, or no more than seven.

And that is so much more manageable for me to fit in.

Yeah, I don't know.

More runs, less.

More runs, same volume.

Yeah.

in my head is better.
