So I, I very rarely, the only time I would do back to back runs was if I was bad at organizing my life and run out of days.

So, um, like the ability to, you know, be flexible with a plan is also, is great.

So that's why five runs a day, a week for me.

I don't know if I would be able to manage that yet.

Is that even if you have two easy days?

Fine.

Well, yeah, obviously for non-Terminators like myself, yeah, it's a lot more manageable.

Yeah, so this journey started January 1st this year.

So 5k block, 10k block, half marathon block.

Then I skipped the marathon block and went to ultra because it's... So every week you were increasing by 10%.

Pretty much, yeah.

I had a few tumbles and bits where maybe I got a niggle and had a couple of weeks off or I was ill or something like that.

but that will fight you you'll know like that is is almost life-changing that deal yeah because that will feel like going from 30 to 20 will literally feel like i don't even be like oh lovely i don't even think for me deload weeks were a physical yeah a thing that it was more like a psychological thing that i was like sick i can go out saturday yeah you know like i've got other things i can do this weekend

I think as well, there's a lot of misinformation and a lot of like old wives tales kind of stuff as well.
