So there's two things.
Obviously, I'd like to skip the physical factors first.
We'll circle back to that and come on to the psychological factors.
For me, and this, I think this is a big, biggest job.
I can't speak from going to four to five runs, but for me it was from three to four runs.
The biggest thing was that there was less days off and I had a, I had a tendency to maybe have three days off in a row when I was doing a three day a week run.
My, my body and brain is kind of like, Oh,
I forgot about that thing we call running.
And then get to that next run, it was really hard because I've had two days of my body completely resetting from that kind of activity.
With four days a week, it's very much like one on, one off, one on, one off quite routinely.
