So I really didn't have much time to then adjust back to life without going for a run.
So I felt like I was way more motivated because I was kind of like hacking my brain
and thinking like, oh yeah, I run.
I'm a runner.
All I do is run.
So every time I woke up, my body was like, I'll be running today sort of thing instead of forgetting.
And that was a big, big thing for me.
So it's motivation and ease.
And I always would then end up doing three runs in three days.
Yeah, it makes you much more adaptable as a person to just be able to put on your shoes and go.
But then also you can't knock the physical attributes as well.
One run extra per week for a month.
That is essentially if you're running three times a week, that is more than a week's worth of running extra per month that you'd be getting.
And that is, I mean, I'm not good at maths, but that's good.
Well, yeah, because like I said, that compound load, you are just kind of, your body's so much more used to being in a running state because you're doing it just more little and often.
me and tom went out for a 5k and we just didn't out and back through the village and the first time we did it it was like 37 minutes i think and the last time we did it it was 32 31 yeah by two points in this ultra block and that could be the fact that i'm running long distances as well i'm doing a lot of varied running but i think a lot of that is down to the additional run as well
Yeah, but I think we should end on the fact that like,
If you up your runs to one day a week extra, don't take something away from it.
So don't take SNC or stretching.
Don't take anything away.
