We had district court judges issuing nationwide injunctions against our enforcement operations. That slows us down. But again, it's all about manpower. It's all about more money for manpower, more market targeting. There's a lot of smart companies out there, a lot of smart businesses out there. with the most recent technology to help us find those people that don't want to be found.

So bring some of these contracts up, help improve targeting. But the most important thing is resources, beds, planes, buses, and boots on the ground. And this bill will get us there. It'll get us the resources we need. I'm looking to do three times more than we're currently doing. So the numbers are hard, the Biden's numbers. I should be happy with that, but I'm not.
