And I think for the players, I think the primary thing here would be to have conversations with them and to try and allay their concerns.

I don't think a legal route is necessarily going to be beneficial here.

And I think some of the conversations that Southampton will be having with their players will be to try and placate them and show that action has been taken against these individuals.
