We've had an appeal process that's been followed.

There's no further appeal.

So there was a suggestion at one point that could we go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport here?

That's not something that's open to clubs under the EFL regulations.

In order for a case to go to CAS, you either need to have an agreement which gives jurisdiction to CAS or a set of rules.

And it would be the appeal of a body which...

ultimately to first to cast which the EFL isn't is a closed domestic competition and I think what will what will likely happen what could potentially happen is the FA taking further action so the FA have their own set of rules and regulations there's misconduct offenses there so action could be taken against the individuals and the FA have said they're investigating it they said originally that they were waiting to hear the outcome of of the appeal before taking any further action but that's definitely something that'll be looked at

There's potential claims left, right and centre from aggrieved teams, obviously the players as well.

So I don't think we have heard the end of this, but I don't think it's going to change the outcome of Saturday, which is going to go ahead.
