If you have somebody who you persuade is there almost in a cult and they are experiencing this degree level of psychotic identification with their work persona, they're gonna work so hard without burning out because they're gonna feel a sense of spiritual fulfillment there.
I don't think we need all of that for people to just appreciate their work environment and feel that they're improving, doing something better, and that actually the person that their colleagues, bosses, clients see at work is somebody that they can be proud of.
And if that feedback is real and they see an improvement, I think something is probably happening there.
By the way, AI makes it even more important that we try to do this because if we stagnate, we're going to be out.
You've heard of, we went from FOMO to FOBO, fear of becoming obsolete, I think is a real thing.
