Yeah, sorry, we're doing across all media, both, you know, traditional bringing them online and, you know, pure digital plays and basically doing the full kind of life cycle and transactional.
So it's not just marketing.
It's like you mentioned at the head of the...
of the pod, basically, you know, subscribers, you know, we're driving the welcome journeys, the registration journeys, the transactional journeys, the thank you journeys.
We're also understanding what's going wrong within them journeys, the broken journeys, and we're helping our customers fix them so they can automate them at scale and grow, both activate their base and basically retain it and grow their base and grow some of the products within their customer base.
What's the biggest challenge facing your business, Tommy?
Oh, that is a great question.
I think we've leaned, and we'll come on to it, we've leaned very heavily into AI.
We're all in on AI.
Well, in terms of our business, we've been over 15 months building an agentic AI product.
We could only call it agentics from about January, but we've been doing AI.
We've been doing machine learning for four or five years in the business, but AI, LLMs,
and agentic which is all around identifying decisioning and actually executing on their own that's the difference right that is where the product side but the transformation internally is as big a challenge both because and it's it's a people challenge to lead your people from within to get them to understand that your job is not going away it's evolving and that's huge
I think one element of that is very true.
I think the jobs that we are doing today or have done for the last 20-odd years or whatever, they are dramatically going to change.
I don't see it as a subtle change.
I see it as an evolution of us as employees and employers that we have to change with the market.
but I don't see it as job losses at all.
I actually see like one, you know, our product, we have a governogenic operating system and that's all about giving the CRM teams, the marketeers, the digital executives more time to spend on strategy, more time to spend on
actually making decisions rather than actually doing the heavy lifting of the work.
