I see that the evolution of work is going to be that your agent, whatever you want to call it, is going to do a lot of the heavy lifting and you're going to take the judgment, you're going to have the creativity, you're going to be the planner around it.
But all of that, a lot of that heavy lifting, specifically in the businesses that we work with, is going to be done by an agent or
but the human in the loop is always going to be there.
Especially in highly regulated markets.
Yeah, I didn't do seven years to become a doctor, unfortunately.
I didn't have points to do it.
But yeah, no, it started, my father was an entrepreneur.
So I did my thesis on mobile telephony.
And basically I then went on the first wave of mobile kind of instant gratification or personalization, which was the ringtones and logos.
Faze did that and went out to the Caribbean and kind of helped set up and drive a value-added service business across Digicel and then went and set up my own value-added service businesses, which is kind of, if you remember the Popstars or Fade Academy in the UK, they did that in Mexico.
I lived in Mexico for three years, my own business, basically rolling that out and ringtones and logos and all that.
all the text, the screen and all the voting.
So all of that kind of stuff, you see it on RTDs and all that kind of stuff.
So I did that.
And then I did, I get back to Ireland and basically set up the second wave of personalization, which was the app kind of phase where everyone got on the mobile app journey.
The gap was that we were coming into CEO, CMOs and basically selling them the mobile wave, which was the app wave.
But they weren't able to communicate to their end customers, you know, to their readers or, you know,
you know, their customers in banking or whatever.
So basically then the gateway is opened up for push notifications and then we tied it all together and set up this customer engagement platform called Extreme Push and we've been going ever since 11 years now.
So yeah, so I think entrepreneurism has been in my blood all the way.
