And there's plenty of, you know, the good thing about Ireland, again, to put some of Roger, you know, inward investment in Ireland is huge, but also there's a lot of investment in Ireland for young entrepreneurs with good ideas and putting the right teams together.

We're a technology-based company.

We're kind of up against all the large corporates, international corporates, the Metas, the Googles, et cetera.

So, you know, when it comes to wages, we're never competing at that level.

We compete at something different.

We compete on culture.

We compete on innovation.

We compete on being part of something where you can be the challenger brand globally and to become that category leader.

So that's what we're competing on, the cost.

living in Ireland, we know it's only going up.

It's the cost of everything that's going up.

So it's very hard to argue against that.

But from a business and where the business we're doing, the cost of offices, et cetera, et cetera, around Ireland, it's just going up and up and up.

And that is obviously a risk to us as we go forward as an economy, as an Irish economy.

We've got to be really careful about that and the decisions we make at government level.

But I think that, I think overall, the way we see it is we're competing internationally.

Like 70% of our business is international.

All right.

But one of our anchors is you can't win your home market.
