And, you know, even in the instances where there might be minor hiccups, we have really great access to data through, you know, the framework of the networks with ISO messaging and system notification messages that allow us to resolve those really quickly and keep overhead low when it comes to operating the network in general, but certainly with regard to reconciliation as well.

Yeah, sure.

Yeah, you know, there's a lot of really exciting topics and conversations when it comes to instant payments and use cases and technologies like directories and QR codes.

But we also wanted to make sure that FIs have good guidelines and resources.

You know, in terms of how to build and support instant payments from an operational or back office perspective.

And so that was really the goal of the work group.

And we hope that the resources can serve as a guide or a checklist for FIs on their faster payments journey and just help create some comfort and confidence that

the operational pieces maybe just aren't as daunting as they could seem.

So it's maybe not as an exciting of a topic, but absolutely critical to well-functioning payment systems and bank operations.

And that's where we're leveraging the knowledge and experiences from our FPC members and getting into topics like reconciliation, but also exception processing, fraud prevention, liquidity management, and things like employee and customer education to help FIs understand and better prepare

for their implementation.

And we did already publish guidelines to support receiving instant payments.

And as you mentioned, we earlier this year, we

also published a primer, which is just high-level information about sending operations.

And we're working on a deeper dive right now that will detail out all of those topics.

And we're hoping to have that out before mid-year this year.

And so that will serve as a really good resource for any FIs that are exploring sending instant payments or starting that journey.

And yeah, they should keep an eye out for that for later this year.
