I come out of bed, jump out literally with an idea, go straight to the computer and start working.
And, you know, some of your friends have seen me do that and then surprised.
What is he doing at one in the morning getting up?
Oh, sure.
We're going to bed at this time.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's fantastic.
And that energy is contagious to others.
Absolutely.
That's really one of the reasons I started doing this, being a fitness influencer.
It was kind of a joke, too.
My Ironman mentor challenged me to spread the good word about how one could do that later in life, be that athletic in the toughest sport out there.
And even though I'm kind of shy, I found pleasure in communicating my daily training regimen.
What time I would get up, I would film it.
What workouts I would do, I would actually film it and clock it in so people knew that you ran a 20 mile day and then just swam a mile in the ocean.
And I got so much pleasure from hearing from others how it helped them on their fitness and weight loss journeys.
I believe what you realize is that there's no obstacle you can't push through.
It's exponential.
It just builds on itself.
