Even if I don't end up saying it, it just, it helps me streamline my thoughts.

Cause I think I just have so much going on up here at all times.

And the, you know, the overthinker in me wants to be like, okay, well you can't say that because then, you know, that'll lead to this or someone will think this.

And it's just, it's all, it's all nonsense, but I,

Honestly, sometimes I've even written out a long paragraph

And then by doing so, I've realized, oh, I don't even need to have this conversation anymore.

I just needed to write out and process whatever this is.

And I actually think it'd be better if I don't have this conversation.

Yeah, it has helped me a lot to just get out my thoughts.

I think it goes with songwriting too, just kind of having an outlet, having a place to just, yeah, let all that out, I think is important.

It has, yeah.

And when it comes to, yeah, communicating with people or if something is burdening me, I have to, you know, let it out or consider talking to someone about it.

Yeah, that's definitely helped me, just writing it all out.

And...

I should probably, this is making me want to like journal again.

I do so much on my phone these days.

I know, but it makes me miss, you know, I used to journal all the time growing up and, but it's, yeah, it's that same concept, I guess.

Really?

That makes sense because, yeah, you see me on stage.
