So, and sometimes I can't even put into words, but I can sing it for you.

So I feel like lately too, I've been writing things out helps me a lot too, because I'm a very slow processor.

And I don't know if that goes hand in hand with, I don't know if all reserved shy people are also

So I have, so I have all, all three then.

Shy, reserved, slow.

But, um, but yeah, writing things out has really helped me even honestly, like even before, I don't know if this is even advice anymore.

I'm just more speaking.

It doesn't matter.

Experience, but we're just talking.

My even when I'm about to have some kind of phone call or I know I'm going to, you know, or I need to talk to somebody about something, I'll write it out in like letter form.

And that already just helps me.

I'll just write it out and then I don't have to look at it again.

And it just kind of, you know, gets my my wheels turning and makes me feel a little more confident.
