So I was inevitably a little nervous going into it.

I, you know, I could do all the songs.

That was just a different level.

Exactly.

But I still was like, I don't know what to expect.

You know, the director's in the room with me.

So it's,

you know it's a it's big movie production so i get in there but then i quickly realize any nervous energy that i have i could just channel into this character who's already she's supposed to be shy and nervous so it it really was uh pretty funny how that all worked out this episode is brought to you by element l m n t last night

Like being shy is something worth valuing?

Yeah.

I would say, I do think it's important to have some kind of outlet.

I think songwriting for me has been that.

Because like you said, I think,

people who are more shy and more reserved, I think we might have a harder time in the moment saying the deep thing that we're trying to think of.

I still, I don't think I'm the best at, you know, on the spot, like just having the best words all the time.

Yeah.

But I think my superpower is in my songwriting.

I feel like I can really get an emotion across.

I can I can make people feel things that maybe they haven't felt before.

I can help people.
