I just, I feel like my, you know, my voice takes over the words that I'm singing take over and I'm kind of transported into this other place, I think.
And then, you know, being on stage all the time and touring all the time, it is, it can be very overstimulating.
I mean, it's like a high, it's, it can be like a drug.
People get addicted to it.
Right.

And so what you do afterwards, I think is important.
I think I actually crave the quiet now because I'm constantly, you know, in front of people and like just in performer mode.
So I think having, you know, even immediately after the show, I'll tell my team like, hey, I just need like 10 minutes.
decompress, I do my cool down, my vocal cool downs and kind of like come back to earth.
And then I'm ready to, you know, be back in real life.
Oh yeah.
It's just as important as the warmups.
