I feel like talking actually tires me out more than singing funny.

Yeah, I'm done now.

So cooling down.

So when I'm doing the show, my voice is kind of like, I mean, I'm hitting high notes.

It's sort of, it stays up here for pretty much the whole show.

And then, you know, everything's elevated.

And so if I were to get off stage and just keep going,

talking and I'm like, you know, talking louder without realizing it.

Cause I'm still in that heightened place.

So if I just continue my night like that and I'm like, Hey, thank you so much.

I'm talking to everybody backstage.

Then my voice is, that actually does more harm to my voice than even being on stage.

It's like what you do after is so important.

So I'll kind of hide in my green room for a second and I'll, it's literally the opposite of, you know, if I'm warming up and I'm going, Ooh, the cool down would be

and I'm kind of getting my voice back to.

Back to like speaking level, you know?
