And I think I've learned when I'm not good at it to react.

And I think, you know, I definitely try things and I've learned how to hire better and take my time more and not hire quickly.
I think I never try to hire when I'm desperate for a role.
That's a piece of advice I give to entrepreneurs, like take your time and get to know someone and get.

Well, that or believe in a culture.
You know, our culture is really unique for our company.
And that's not a culture that everyone fits into.
And what is that culture?
Well, it's one that is, I want a safe environment for people.
I want people to be treated beautifully.
I expect great work, but I want a great place to work.
I mean, I've learned everything, but I will say that one thing I don't do is I don't micromanage people.
And I think I let them shine.
And that's something I love to do.
And it makes people feel great, but it's because it's real.
