The middle is actually the best place for somebody that's new because you literally have somebody on all sides of you.
All of a sudden, you're in the front and you're like, oh, no.
And then if I can, I want to go back to Barry and I see Barry's hand up.
He's so polite over there with his hand up.
Barry, you said something about, you know, people not being able to recognize even their heartbeat from time to time.
And, you know, if I can share something very personal, about 12 months ago, I had a heart attack.
And so it was interesting because, you know, I got home and I had done a little cabaret, you know, I was singing, I was up on stage performing, which just automatically elevates your heart rate and all of that.
And so I got home and I felt like, oh, maybe I have a little indigestion or something.
And I meditated with a little bit and I could go, you know, something's not right.
And so I went in and sure enough, you know, modern technology blows my mind because within 20 minutes, they shoved a little tube with a camera up my wrist, you know, which also had a thing to put a stint and a vacuum on it.
I don't know how all that happens with a little device.
But, you know, they said your heart actually looks very healthy and.
There was just a little offshoot that had a clog in it.
We sucked it out, put a little stint in there.
But I remember the doctor said, I'm really surprised you came in so soon.
