Before when I said like the 1920s, there was a group known as tantrikas that did tantra yoga.
And most people, if you Google that, you'll see some very interesting things pop up on your website because we sometimes get sensuality and sexuality confused.
Tantra yoga was just simply about we are sensual beings.
find the feminine and masculine energy in our body and create balance through these different wheels of energy sometimes known as chakras kundalini took that and just said let's design these little movements called kriyas that actually awaken the energy up your spine and it was just very subtle energy but they also incorporate along with the breath work mantra work so you're vibrating
So you put your hands into different little positions that will help move energy as well.
