Well, so from then to now is really interesting because when I first went out there more than three years ago now, I really thought I was going to get there and find that there were some folks up to some shenanigans.

And I was going to like Scooby Doo the thing and find old man Withers was causing all the problems.

But then within just a matter of minutes from my first time being there, weird stuff started happening that I couldn't explain.

and I never have yet found old man Withers who is causing the problem, right?

It is something that's bizarre and real, and my current understanding of it is not a lot better than it was before I went out there, except that I know now that it is some sort of real phenomena or maybe multiple phenomena occurring that needs a lot more investigation.

Well, you know, I'd heard it, heard about it on like coast to coast and other things.

And before I went out there, yeah.

I got Colm Kelleher's book and read through it in great detail.

And I spoke with George Knapp some.

And I thought it was all ghost stories, right?

It sounds like stuff you would tell around a campfire to scare the younger kids.

But then when you get out there and you realize, while their experience may have sounded different from the stories, my experience isn't a lot less confusing and perplexing.

Yeah, at first, they weren't sure what to think about me initially.

coming in and looking at what they had done and sort of telling them that I wasn't a big believer, you know, and they just kind of all smirked and said, just give it time and you will be.

And that's kind of where it ended up.

But we got along very good, really quickly.

and started digging into the investigation.

And they all accepted me as part of the team.

And since then, we've really kind of been in the same foxhole together for the last three years or so.

Yeah, the biggest thing is while we do our best to try and stimulate something to happen, everything seems sort of random, serendipitous happenstance.
