We had a storm, bad, one of those epic thunderstorms in the summer here.

And the temperature changes going up and down.

So my windows in my house, there was one point yesterday you couldn't see out of them just because the change of temperature was so drastic.

That is going, often we can't see.

We have a filter, we have something blocking, there's something, but we have to clean it up.

And while you're cleaning it up,

It's your choice to believe what other people tell you about you.

We're not talking about the haters.

I know the last couple of weeks we talked about how to not believe, how to not trust what care about people say.

We're talking today about the people who...

Love you.

The people who you discount because you're like, well, they're supposed to say that to me.

They're supposed to be in my corner.

My mom's supposed to tell me I'm pretty and smart.

No, she's not.

First off, she doesn't have to.

There are a lot of people who don't get that message.

You know, my husband has to build me up to say that.

There's a lot of women with husbands who don't say that.

So first, let's take what we got, accept it, embrace it, and just choose to believe that what people tell you are true, is true.
