Penny just uplifts the whole session.

Music is so wonderful to bring into the equation.

And you just float up there on the wings of the muse.

It's great.

And

Penny also has a little dance that she does, or several little dances that she does, and a great sense of rhythm, which sometimes people who are poets nowadays don't particularly have a great sense of rhythm.

And she'll say, I'm feeling good.

I'm feeling good.

And we go round the room and this gets added to a great circle of people.

It was an American poem about the muse arriving and the muse is in his biker gear which rings a bell with me because our garage is full of bikers and biker gears.

So I thought this is just such an unusual muse.

People have got to learn to look for him or her everywhere.

It was a lovely moment to

find that poem and then be able to recite it and see people responding.

Yes.

Did I do that?

I think I did, yes.

You know, chronic pain does away with the focus.

I shall need you by my side in the years to come.
