She introduced me to the field of speech therapy and I was like, okay, that sounds amazing.

So I went and got my associates

Great for two years.

I took a gap year, bought a house, got married.

That's when I met my friend, and she told me all about the world of speech language pathology.

And I was like, okay, this is I can do this.

And even then it was really intimidating the whole process.

I went to USF nearby admissions process and everything was just kind of crazy.

And once again, you're like, I've heard my guiding sponsor saying, like, this is not for you.

And I was like, I just have to break it into

like digestible pieces for me.

I'm not gonna worry about the masters program.

I'm gonna worry on the bachelor's program.

And that is pretty much what I did.

And then I was able to get into the master's program.

And the day I graduated, I bought my LLC.

And then I went into long-term care for about four years, give or take.

And then a combination of just my grandmother passing and dealing with a high risk pregnancy in a COVID unit and all of just the things that came with that very quickly.

I realized that unfortunately, despite having wonderful directors.

There's rehabs and everything.
