A UK YouGov survey recorded that 11% of the British population expressed direct intent to view the tournament's opening weekend fixtures.
11% is not a lot of people.
It seems low for an opening weekend.
I would imagine, you know, that would be one that we get the most attention.

effing boring I'd rather watch Fiji give me that chaotic expansive running rugby over endless tedious box kicking any day then there's another one here that says I think as a concept it can do really well but it must integrate promotion and relegation for it to be worthwhile and incentivize unions otherwise there's nothing really at stake and I did a lot of googling about this
when it first became a thing.
And I believe there was plan for it to have two leagues and there to be promotion and relegation.
