I really want to be a voice for female attorneys because a lot of people try to talk you out of it when you're going into it because it is really competitive.

It's really cutthroat and it is a very tough field of career, you know, to be in.

But just by keeping the positivity in it, I really want to show young women that they can enter this field and really make a difference doing what they love.

Veronica Townsend is a resilient, accomplished, and influential attorney and the founder of Townsend Law, LLC.

She is known for her work in estate planning and real estate law and for her commitment to leadership and female empowerment.

I've realized now the more that I really let my true colors shine and let people see this personality, see the dress and the fun that I like to have in the practice of law, it really does attract more clients.

and it allows them to really feel like they can be their natural, authentic selves too, and then I can better advocate for them and represent their needs.

Whatever fashion you're into, it just has to be what's good for you.

And being an attorney means I'm an advocate for other people.

So I thought it was an awesome chance to take a way to be in this platform to really showcase what women can do and really to let other young women see what you can do as an attorney.
