So we would like to reduce both of those.
The curfew we believe would help us to do that because when youth are out, then they're getting in trouble, but when they're not out, they're not.

So, you know, we want to be reasonable with the time that we set this curfew, right, based on what our data shows us.
Um, you know, at nine PM you have more victims.
So we certainly felt like eight PM was unreasonable.
We looked at other cities, what they're doing, just to benchmark.
Um I believe firmly that if we go with a nine PM curfew
That is enough time that if youth start to gather, if they start to um congregate, we can dismantle it, we can prevent them from having um harmful events or being engaged in something that could where they victimize or they can be victimized.
I don't know if I'm answering your question fully.
Well, for the summertime, sure.
In the wintertime that's four or five hours where youth would still be permitted to be out, but it is also dark and people are likely inside.
So I'm just curious as to w how we're thinking about how this applies.
