We want to reduce crime, whatever that looks like is getting the crime numbers down.
So I think it's twofold victimization and crime.

I think we have that interest there already.
I haven't spoken to Center City partners specifically about it, but we've had conversations with other partners like Bank of America, Fifth Third Bank Bank, who want to who have asked me specifically how can they help and what kind of youth programs can they provide or support towards.
So I think we have it in the private sector.
So I think we we approach it the same way we do with any other interaction we have with the public.
We can do a voluntary contact where we go up to the person, talk to them.
Um and then just try to determine, ascertain what their age is and also to, you know, call their parents, whatever the case may be.
Um if we cannot determine the person's age, then we can't violate them, right?
We cannot say that they're in violation of the youth ordinance.
We do our best to try to determine that information.
And quite naturally, if a youth is telling us they just got off work and we look in the car or we see that they have an apron maybe coming from work and they say I'm going home.
our officers are very reasonable.
We have that discretion to be able to say, okay, this person is doing something uh meaningful, they're not out getting in trouble and that they're headed home.
We're not again, I I I don't think I can say it enough that we are not going after
youth who are doing the right thing.
We are trying to reduce victimization.
We are trying to reduce crime across the board.
