And then soon after that, you have to get into the operational mode and get buy-in from everybody.

And I think it's important to acknowledge the late John Horgan, who

without him shaking my hand in November of 2019 to bring Vancouver back, you know, we would have maybe had those scenes.

So I think it's important for me to acknowledge that to John.

Now, are they obviously this group is exceptional and it's grown there.

But we also knew what we had to do.

You know, back in 2011, I was on it was on the eve of me becoming the president.

we knew that we had to change the program.

And that's when it started, right?

And so the success you see of this group is really a lot of that has been built over the last

I guess, 10 to 15 years by the people that were there before that built on that, you know, and we have to give credit to those people.

The Stephen Harts of the world, the Benito Flores of the world, obviously John Herdman of the world and everybody, you know, around that.
