And I have this little statement that sits on my desk on my screen at work and it says, you know, treat every person as though their favorite person has just died.
And that, because sometimes they have, and sometimes a client comes in and they're, they're awful and they're, they're resistant and they're mean.
And then you finally crack them and they've had so much trauma that has brought them in front of you and they don't want to be there.
They don't want to ask you for help.
And it's a really, oh my goodness, I'm getting emotional.

If you just need to have a chat about what your options are and you think that once you know the options, you can go for gold or you think I'm just going to dip my toe in the water and see what it's like to speak to a financial counsellor before I go and see one.
They're awesome.
