So they also have a national map on their website of where the financial counsellors are closest to you.

Financial counsellors are normally state restricted.

The other thing that I'll say is be patient.

Financial counsellors are notoriously busy people.

I have a rule with my clients that they're not allowed to call me unexpectedly because I don't answer.

If they need to speak to me, they need to email me and I will call them as soon as I can.

But because of the nature of the work, it's I just don't often have time to answer my phone.

And if I don't leave a message, like I don't know who to call.

Otherwise, you can call the NDH and speak to someone pretty much straight away just to get an idea of your options.
