Yeah, so there's lots and lots of things you can do, but as ever, the value's in the list.

So if you can segment them on the way in, it's ideal.

The problem with this is like I went to the internet marketing party at South by Southwest.
Did you do a talk?
Yeah, I gave a talk.
Yeah.
I think it might have been the same venue, but two days before.
And everyone told me something different.
So some people said you have to email them every single day and you should try and sell something every single day.
And this guy was apparently the best in the business.
And then the next person I spoke to was like, oh, no, you have to build up value and then try and sell something, which I think is the right way.
So I can't advise on what that is.
It's kind of a good problem to have once you have the emails.
It's getting the first 1,000 to 2,000 emails.
That is the hard part.
That's why you got me on, is it?
