I would lean towards a fixed rate for most people.
There are some instances where it might make sense to go with an adjustable rate.
That would be maybe for people who are in a job where they have to relocate often or they think there's a high likelihood that they'll sell their house in the next few years.
Because you're getting that lower rate.
And you're getting a lower interest rate with an arm.
It might make more sense to do it in that case.
