Vincent, you have been in our office now, what, like almost a year now? getting just about yeah going on a year we're getting close to a year now you've never been on an episode of diy money so this is a lot of fun we're bringing you on specifically because we have a mortgage question that we're going to talk about awesome and you do a lot of amazing things for our office i mean you you go do all the behind the scenes stuff you make sure things are moving smoothly for our clients but you also were part of this mortgage industry yep at a point in the past so talk a little bit about your past experience yeah i'm a bit of a spark plug and uh
Vinson Bunting 1:02
Prior to coming on board here, I worked in the mortgage industry as a mortgage broker for a little over five years. Saw some very interesting times, you know, through COVID, super low interest rates through the last couple years where interest rates went absolutely bonkers. So, yeah, saw a lot.
Logan (host) 1:21
Yeah. So you've had a lot of experience in this space, and you've been going through those ups and downs of the different housing markets. And you probably have been there whenever there was a lot of refinancing going on, where people were getting new mortgages. And then also when people are struggling saying, oh, I got a 6%, 7% mortgage that I'm looking at. So that's a big part. But let's give the audience a little bit more of an intro to you. What do you... What do you like to do? What is your lifestyle like? Are you married? Those kind of things.
Vinson Bunting 1:52
Yeah, so I am married. How long?

Who is Vincent and what mortgage experience does he bring to this episode?

You know, people people call us all the time, say, hey, I need, you know, some cash to make this purchase or, you know, just deposited money. We want to get that to work. So help them out with that. Help you guys with some things just behind the scenes operations wise.

Vinson Bunting 2:52
Anything and everything.
Logan (host) 2:54
Making sure people are invested. Absolutely. You really make everything move behind the scenes, which has been just such a big value add to our firm in general. I want to get into this question today because we have a good one from Kelly. And this one is really going to answer a lot of questions about mortgages that people have. And you obviously being an expert in that field and having a lot of experience, we just thought it would be great to add you to this episode and do a little bit more. Housekeeping odds and ends before we get there. This episode, all episodes sponsored by Juul Financial. So obviously, you're meeting a new member of the team on this episode. But we have a great team that all works together when we work with our clients.
