It's not what the actual process demands.

And any time you artificially manipulate these processes, it's just like equity, and you try and force through a structure that's not –

They just, yeah, they lock arms and they push through demands just similar to equality of outcome that is not going to occur naturally or on its own.

And if you have to force through an outcome that's not going to otherwise occur, something is off.

You really need to look at that.

Because the question you need to answer is why would this not occur otherwise?

Why do we have to force this through?

Why do we have to force through five writers for this movie?

It's... Or in representation in, well, you need this many representations of this many races to qualify for these awards.

You find it all through the business practices.

And then when you question it, well...

The response you get is this is how even when you question foolish business practices like, well, why do we have to like only the people in the props union are able to pick up the pencil because that is a prop.
