And then there is unknowns, unknowns.
That's the last quadrant.
It's just the fact that we're not God.
So there's just things that we don't know, we don't know, right?
And so whenever something happens, I go by, okay, what is it that I know that I know about the topic?
And what is it that I know I don't know about the topic?
Because the thing I know I don't know, it's easy for me to go and identify who or what will help me with that.
And the things that I know that I know, I already know what I'm capable of doing, what I'm not capable of doing.
That's really what establishes it.
Like what is an organization capable of doing in this particular event?
What are the gaps that we know we have that we need to make sure we bridge ASAP?
And what are the strengths that are going to help us carry us through?
And then you go into the part that most organizations struggle with is the unknown knowns.
And that's often because there is knowledge within our organization.
There is talent within our organization, even within us, that are not necessarily coming to the surface because we're not necessarily giving it the space
or the opportunity to shine.
And that's really your sweet spot.
